DELIVERY POLICY

Atelier Aliona Online Shop makes every effort to pick, pack and deliver all orders on the same day.

Orders made until 2:00pm are shipped on the same day. All orders received after 2:00pm will be shipped the day after. Orders that take place on Friday after 2:00pm, Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from business days.

Within Greece

Deliveries throughout Greece are made by ELTA Courier and the estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 business days. Estimated time of delivery is indicative and may vary on islands and remote postcode areas.

Shipping  charge  is 5.00 Euros. In case you  prefer to pay  directly the exact order amount at the transport company. The “cash at delivery” service is charged with 2.00 Euros plus.

You can also receive your order from our atelier , Alatsaton 8,Kalamaria, 55132 Thessaloniki, without any charge.For appointments please call 00302316017777.

For orders over 100€  the shipping cost is FREE

Worldwide shipping

For worldwide shipping  the fee is about 22 to 44 Euros and payment options such as cash at delivery and bank deposit are unavailable.If you need express delivery please contact us for further information.

Extra charges may occur due to customs duties, customs clearance, duties, the exchange rate, or other particularities associated with each country, for which our company bears no responsibility.

For orders over 200€  the shipping cost is FREE
