1. In case that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange the product/s within 14 working days from the delivery.
2. Please fulfill and sign in the attached form.

In case you have lost the special form you can download it from aliona.gr. Here

3. You should return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it. That is by confirming that the special labels of the product have not been removed. In addition you should include the payment receipt.
4. Refund of payment shall be concluded within 14 working days from the date we shall receive the product.
5. For hygiene reasons our company shall not accept return of certain items such as : earings, face masks, etc.
6. You can choose any shipping options of your choice unless you wish to use the service of our partner ELTA COURIER.
7. All shipping costs will be paid by the costumer.
8. All products returned to Atelier Aliona go through a very careful examination. In case the products do not meet the conditions of the return policy the refund is not accepted.
